In this part of the world, one out of every four of five couples will face the challenge of infertility at a point in their lifetime and this has necessitated the appreciable demand of Assisted Reproductive Treatment (ART) solutions.
However, the affordability of the treatment is one of the most common causes for concern of the fertility-challenged couples. Therefore, to keep the dreams of such group alive, Fertility Treatment Support Foundation (FTSF) was born.
As it were, the Fertility Treatment Support Foundation (FTSF) in partnership with Nordica Fertility Centre, Lagos, over the years has provided free fertility treatment for (25) twenty five couples with diverse infertility challenges.

The first which was held at Planet One, Ikeja in 2008, and it recorded over 12000(Twelve Thousand) entries, while the second draw , which was at Grand Hotels Asaba, Delta State in 2011, recorded over 17000(Seventeen Thousand) entries
This year 2013, the Foundation has come up with a novel idea as different from the previous editions. This innovation is for the fertility challenged couples to make a 3(Three) minutes video entries of their journey of infertility and it is tagged “The Journey so far of infertility challenged couples”.

It is pertinent to mention that in this edition, FTSF gave Free IVF screening to 12(Twelve) couples from the entries received, to mark the 10th year anniversary of Nordica Fertility Centre, Lagos, which was held on the 14th April, at The Civic Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos.
The FTSF from these 12(Twelve) couples selected for Free IVF Screening, will give FREE IVF TREATMENT to 3(Three) of the couples.
