Nordica Fertility centre, Lagos held its Hysteroscopy workshop on the 16^th and 17th May, 2013. It was a-2day Basic Hysteroscopy Workshop and the facilitators include: Dr. Abayomi Ajayi (Managing Director, Nordica Fertility Centre, Lagos), Dr. Abiodun Fakokunde(Consultant/obstetrician & Gyneacologist, NorthMiddlesex University College Hospital, London) and Dr. Dan Selo-Ojeme (Consultant/obstetrician & Gynaecologist, Chas Farm and Barnet Hospital, Enfield, London).

Hysteroscopy is a procedure in which the uterine cavity is inspected with the aid of a hysteroscope. It allows for the diagnosis of intrauterine pathology and serves as a method for surgical intervention (operative hysteroscopy).

Nordica Fertility Centre, Lagos carry out this procedure, including Laparoscopy at her Yaba clinic and bring in experts from the United Kingdom and United States of America on regular basis to carry out these procedures and also train our doctors in this field. The Managing Director, Dr. Abayomi Ajayi, has a passion for training and technology transfer, hence this workshop. The workshop carries a CPD of 10points.
