I urge all of you to take the time to create an affirmation for your fertility journey. It can be simple, just a word, thought, prayer, a line of your favourite song. The only requirements are that you not use any negative words. Words such as can’t, someday, no, won’t, not, etc..
You have the power to change your present circumstances!

FOR WOMEN:

1. My body is a fertile place worthy of conception.

2. I am grateful for and love my body and all it does for me.

3. My life is a blessing.

4. My womb is strong and fertile.

5. My eggs are healthy and developing perfectly.

6. I have the ability to heal myself.

7. I feel safe, supported and loved through my fertility journey.

8. My thoughts are peaceful and calm. (Great for stressful situations)

9. I am already healing my body, everyday it heals more.

10. I am grateful that I am a woman.

11. I support and love my husband (partner) through our fertility journey.

12. My menstrual cycle connects me to all women.

13. I am working with my body in a loving way to get my menstrual cycle back.

14. I am worthy of love, life and happiness.

15. My fibroids are dissolving with each loving thought I have for my fertility.

16. My womb is a healthy place that will nourish my baby.

FOR MEN:

1. I love and support my wife on our fertility journey.

2. I am worthy of happiness and abundance in all circumstances.

5. I appreciate all my body is capable of.
